Indirect Procurement Manager (Capex)

Responsible for the call to tender process and the supplier management on assigned procurement projects. Develop and execute procurement strategy to continuously reduce total cost of ownership and improve quality, standards and delivery performance of the services and products purchased. Coordination of changes and updates between suppliers and all relevant internal project stakeholders. Negotiate strategic sourcing agreements and any changes in supplier and vendor contracts in accordance with compliances, policies, rules and regulations. Apply negotiation skills to resolve contractual supplier and vendor disputes with an acceptable outcome for the parties by compliance, policies, rules and regulations. Work collaboratively with the Procurement team in the development and formation of sustainable working principles in sourcing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or a comparable qualification required

• +3 years of experience in Procurement and/or project management in a technical environment

• Procurement education and contracting experience desired

• Excellent project management skills, result and deadline orientated

• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills required

• Language skills: German fluent, English C1
