Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
Manage end-to-end customer contract execution in collaboration with Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Legal. Monitor and drive improvement of operational and financial KPIs (e.g., OTD, return performance, revenue, gross margin) to ensure contract profitability. Oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, dispute resolution, and timely payment (DSO). Lead contract lifecycle activities, including amendments, risk identification, and development of overall account strategy. Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, complaint handling, and escalation management in line with quality processes. Drive continuous improvement in customer-specific operations and service performance. Report on contract performance and organize/chair regular internal and external meetings with stakeholders and management.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Supply Chain / Legal / Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management in the aerospace industry or equivalent industrial environment
Strong understanding of the aerospace business, airline environment and/or related MRO business
Strong business acumen and contract understanding
Core competencies in business economics and finance.
Strong communications, negotiations and intercultural awareness skills
Fluent in English, any other language is an add-on
