Lead national operational standards and frameworks across all clinics. Identify inefficiencies and orchestrate practical, on-the-ground solutions. Drive adoption and optimisation of Gensolve and other key systems. Ensure operational processes support sustainable productivity and consistent service delivery. Own and evolve SOPs, policies, and operational frameworks. Champion continuous improvement and simplify ways of working. Support capability uplift through clear standards, training, and communication. Lead operational improvement projects and using change management frameworks to ensure smooth adoption and reinforcement. Sequence and coordinate operational initiatives across the network. Ensure consistent execution across regions and support functions. Act as the operational lead for hearing aid and consumable suppliers. Ensure stock, product, and supplier processes support efficient clinic workflows. Manage operational impacts of product or supplier changes. Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
