Operate and improve the IBM MQ Appliance platform Build automation, self-service capabilities and platform services Design and implement IBM MQ services in OpenShift and Azure Evaluate complementary messaging technologies Develop automation using APIs, CI/CD and infrastructure as code Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotation

• Enterprise messaging platform administration or engineering experience

• Production experience in OpenShift or public cloud environments

• Automation or software engineering skills in Java and Spring Boot

• Strong Linux, container, networking and security fundamentals

• Experience with CI/CD, observability and incident management

• Knowledge of Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform or cloud-native messaging
