Analyze customer-related data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Support surveys, feedback collection, qualitative analysis, and sentiment analysis Prepare clear summaries, dashboards, presentations, and visualizations for stakeholders Help improve awareness and usage of internally available customer insight resources Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and connect them with relevant insights Support projects related to customer experience improvement and commercial effectiveness Contribute to KPI development, including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and related metrics Assist with ad hoc market research, reporting, and business analysis requests
