You are a strong contributor to our business success by driving projects and activities in a product lifecycle environment. Your expertise in project planning and execution allows you to manage projects successfully in scope, quality, budget and target cost. You guide and lead cross-functional project teams with both good sense of our business needs and process compliance. As project manager you represent the project and report to stakeholders, steering committees and top management up to board level. You have the ability to translate content between technical and business colleagues, and you have the drive to dive in wherever needed to guarantee project success.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
University degree in Engineering, Life Science or similar
4+ years of project management experience, ideally in product development or lifecycle environment of medical devices or pharmaceutical packaging
Ability to plan, manage and execute projects in a product development environment in self-reliant manner
Experienced with documentation in highly regulated environment
Skilled in working with multidisciplinary project teams in complex organizations and the ability to guide project team members
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and German (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as good technical and analytical skills, while still being capable of mastering the big picture but also technical details when required
