Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
Drive new business and manage strategic Public Sector accounts in the CHAT (Central and Eastern Europe, Helvetia, Austria, Turkey) region, working toward and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy by conducting thorough customer discovery, building qualified target account lists, and generating pipeline through customer engagement and market intelligence. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles — presenting the value of the Salesforce platform to senior executives and orchestrating internal resources including solution engineers, customer success, and partners. Maintain accurate monthly forecasting and opportunity management using Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
You have proven experience selling enterprise software or Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, with a track record of consistent achievement against new business targets.
You are fluent in German and English and can credibly engage with senior stakeholders across public sector organisations.
You have experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments and building trusted relationships at all levels of an organisation.
You have a solid understanding of the public sector landscape in Switzerland and/or Austria, including how procurement processes and budget cycles influence buying decisions.
