Account Solution Engineer, Manufacturing

Build compelling product demonstrations and lead customer workshops that showcase how AI agents and automation can solve real-world manufacturing challenges, connecting customer goals to Salesforce solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to both IT and business leaders, understanding customer objectives and articulating how Salesforce fits into their enterprise architecture and digital transformation roadmap. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to tailor solutions to specific customer needs across the manufacturing and industrial sector. Stay curious and continuously develop your knowledge of Salesforce's evolving AI capabilities and the latest innovations in manufacturing technology.

• You have experience in a Solution Engineering, pre-sales, or Solution Consulting role, with the ability to engage credibly across both technical and business audiences.

• You have a background in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations, or hands-on experience with automation, data platforms, or AI applications in an enterprise context.

• You are a confident, collaborative communicator who can simplify complex topics for a range of customer stakeholders, from operational teams to executive decision makers.

• You are fluent in English and French (spoken and written); proficiency in German is a strong advantage for this role.

• You hold one or more Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or AI Associate, and have previous experience with the Salesforce ecosystem.

• You have experience working in cross-functional teams and familiarity with enterprise platforms, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), or coding languages such as Java or JavaScript.
