PMO Leader

Drive the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the Group. You will lead the PMO team, shape project management standards, and ensure that key transformation programmes are delivered with impact. Lead and develop the PMO project manager team, ensuring successful delivery of strategic programmes. Manage and prioritise the strategic portfolio, aligning resources, timelines and business objectives. Act as a key interface between business operations, Group functions, IT and external partners. Establish project governance, standards, reporting structures and quality frameworks. Coach project managers and teams, driving a strong project culture and continuous improvement. Monitor portfolio performance, risks, KPIs and budgets to ensure successful strategy execution.

• You are a strategic and hands-on PMO leader with strong project management expertise and the ability to influence across a complex organisation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, Finance or related field, combined with project management certification or equivalent experience.

• 7+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years managing complex, high-value projects.

• Strong expertise in project, programme and portfolio management methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, process-oriented and solution-focused mindset with business transformation experience.

• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills in international matrix environments.

• Fluent English skills required; German, Italian, Turkish or Chinese are an advantage, with willingness to travel internationally.
