Internship: Fundraising and Investor Relations

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) runs a global Operator-Led Search Fund program, helping mid-career professionals to identify, acquire, grow, and exit established small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) typically faced with succession challenges.

We are seeking a motivated intern to support our fundraising efforts for ongoing European projects within our Investor Relations department. This internship offers exposure to investor engagement, equity raising, and transaction support within a dynamic international environment.  

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with documenting fundraising efforts for projects such as Script, Impact, and others 

• Prepare presentation materials and reports using PowerPoint and Excel 

• Support investor engagement and communication 

• Track and maintain fundraising progress within Altvia (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools 

Duration and Hours 

• 3 to 6 months 

• Approximately 10 hours per week 

Requirements: 

• Preferred educational background: Business, Law, or Engineering  

• Strong communication and English language skills 

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel 

• Experience or familiarity with Salesforce/Altvia is a plus 

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skill 

• University of Zurich students preferred
