NeStep Talent in Legal R&D

Supporting the drafting, review, and negotiation of R&D-related contracts with internal teams and external partners. Contributing to the creation and continuous improvement of processes, contract templates, clauses, and playbooks. Assisting in the deployment and use of contract management and negotiation tools. Supporting compliance initiatives, including legal frameworks. Conducting legal research and helping maintain accurate legal documentation and databases. Conducting in-depth analyses of international treaties and their implementation at the national level. Reviewing and improving processes and training materials to enhance efficiency across R&D Legal. Collaborating with legal counsels and stakeholders across R&D centres globally.

• Graduated with a Degree in Law (Master’s preferred)

• Strong interest in international law, contract law, innovation, and R&D-related legal topics

• Initial experience (internship or academic) in legal practice is a plus

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• High level of curiosity, learning agility, and adaptability

• Fluent in English (oral and written); French or other languages are a plus

• Bringing curiosity, empathy, and ambition

• Being a recent graduate from a Swiss higher education institution (bachelor's or master's degree completed within last 12 months)

• Swiss nationals, EU/EFTA nationals, or C permit holders only
