Are you currently studying Business Administration, International Business or Communications and looking for a meaningful role in which you can take on real responsibilities from day one? Do you enjoy working in a structured, detail-oriented way and have a genuine interest in B2B business processes in an international environment?
Location: Basel, Switzerland Start Date: October 2026 Workload: Minimum 40-60%, higher percentages possible by agreementContract: Fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment
Your Responsibilities
Learn about meteoblue products, customers and B2B business processes
Provide general administrative and organizational support to the team
Help in various business projects
Document sales, support and operational processes
Prepare quotations, customer documents and sales materials
Assist with customer follow-ups and contract renewal processes
Handle and coordinate 1st and 2nd level customer support requests
Support CRM maintenance and data quality management
Conduct lead and account research

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Your Profile
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree programme (from the 3rd or 4th semester onwards), preferably in Business Administration, International Business, Communications or a related field
Strong interest in B2B business, sales, customer support, operations and digital products
Structured, reliable and detail-oriented way of working
Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility
Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken, additional language skills are an advantage (especially Spanish or Portuguese)
Confident user of digital tools, including Microsoft 365
