Greet our guests with enthusiasm and professionalism from check-in to check-out, creating a WOW effect at every step and anticipating their needs with finesse. Advise guests on hotel services, stay conditions, and any other inquiries, ensuring an unforgettable experience. Handle communication with guests via phone and email, and relay essential information to various hotel departments. Verify services, invoicing, process payments, and monitor deferred payments.

• Previous experience in front desk operations in a 5-star hotel.

• Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.

• Highly motivated and passionate about the realms of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance.

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Position to be filled for the Winter season: July 2026 to March 2027.
