Develop and implement global category and sourcing strategies for laboratory supplies, equipment and related services Lead sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations and contracting activities to deliver value, improve service and reduce risk Partner with stakeholders across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance and Operations to align procurement strategies with business needs Build and maintain a pipeline of cost savings and value creation opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking Manage strategic supplier relationships and drive performance through governance, business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and risk management standards across the category.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics / Supply Chain Management / Procurement or a related field
Extensive experience within category management, strategic sourcing or procurement within the pharma or life sciences industry or comparable industry
Proven ability to lead complex sourcing initiatives and deliver measurable business value
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build partnerships and influence decision-making
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a customer-focused mindset
Fluency in English is required
