Process Expert, Drug Product

Act as the technical expert to ensure that the production line runs efficiently and effectively. Coordinate and support the qualification of manufacturing lines, ensuring they meet strict industry standards. Identify weaknesses in the production line and determine solutions to fix or investigate issues. Establish, drive and maintain good cleanroom management practices. Collaborate with team members to successfully implement improvements and new processes.

• Degree or equivalent experience in Life Science or Engineering

• Proven experience in EITHER aseptic filling or aseptic manufacturing OR experience in the qualification of manufacturing equipment

• Experience with highly active pharmaceutical ingredients (HAPI) is a plus

• Demonstrated experience working in a GMP-controlled environment

• Proficiency in English; German is a plus

• Ability to agilely move between various tasks during this dynamic and exciting project phase. You demonstrate strong collaboration skills and actively support your team members
