Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
Act as QA SPOC for Material Management related topics for a new warehouse (under qualification), including and for defining GMP-requirements for material handling, segregation, cleanliness, traceability, storage conditions and contamination control. Own raw material quality processes, including support to new material introductions, review and approval of material specifications and raw material qualification process. Support with quality agreements if required. Execute drug substance batch disposition decisions and oversee material release. Contribute to Warehouse and Logistics quality oversight, maintain material master data, and participate in audits and inspections. Handle deviations, OOS/OOE investigations, and change control and create, review and approve SOPs. Lead and support cross-functional projects, train team members, collaborate with internal and external partners.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Solid work experience in QA in the GMP controlled environment, including handling deviations and CAPA activities.
Experience with warehouse management / material management / raw materials is an advantage.
Sound scientific or technical education background
Fluency in English is a must. German language skills are an advantage.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a regulated environment with a strong quality mindset.
Collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to engage across cross‑functional teams and adapt to evolving processes.
