MSAT Process Expert Mammalian Upstream Large-Scale

You lead multi-functional teams tasked with technology transfers (process design and up-scaling) and timely process implementation at manufacturing scale. You act as the interface between the process donor (customer, process development) and manufacturing. You directly connect with customers during campaign preparation, execution and closure including regular reporting of batch status and process performance. You are responsible for the resolution of process issues that may arise during manufacturing considering all regulatory requirements. You secure technology transfer success by applying standardized processes and tools to manage the transfer of information, process related risks and change control.

We have opportunities in both USP and DSP in Drug Substance for mammalian large-scale manufacturing (up to 20.000L).

• Bachelor, Master's degree or PhD or equivalent experience in Biotechnology, chemical engineering or related field

• Significant experience in the area of biopharma manufacturing and / or process development preferably in Mammalian Manufacturing (large-scale)

• GMP experience and understanding of bioprocess technology

• Excellent communication skills in English and/or German
