Team Lead Visual Inspection

Leading, coaching and developing employees, Setting priorities and allocating resources to meet deadlines, Participating in investigations of deviations and improvement projects, Ensuring safety and GMP compliance, Recognizing, interpreting and eliminating deviations, Participating in audits and visits, Executes Visual Inspection in the area of Drug Product according to cGMP guidelines, Provides technical and procedural support, working with the manufacturing team in a supportive way, Performs training activities of Visual Inspection and supports others and new joiners.

• Past experience as a shift team leader in production is requested

• Completed chemical / biopharmaceutical education (CPT) or corresponding training qualification, Bachelor / Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemical Engineering or related disciplines is an advantage

• Structured, focused and organized way of working, assertive and motivated, working independently, flexible and resilient

• High attitude for Safety, Quality, Solution focus and Cooperation

• Knowledge of Visual Inspection's process

• Coordination of resources and workflows

• Fluency in English (written and oral) and German would be an advantage

• Availability to work in 2 shifts model
