Service Engineer

Diagnose and repair Schleuniger machines (electro-mechanical and pneumatic). Provide technical support for customers, employees, and sales representatives. Travel for field service repairs at the customer’s location and repair machines at the office. Provide systems (hardware and software) troubleshooting as required for machines. Provide machine operator and maintenance training for our customers and sales representatives. Ensure proper documentation is processed, and all systems are kept current as instructed. Maintain and optimize a set parts inventory limit.

• Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline strongly preferred; additional directly related experience may be substituted for years of education.

• Strong software skills and electro-mechanical aptitude required.

• Minimum five years of relevant experience

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (both verbal and written)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent Computer skills required.

• Professional telephone manner

• Multi-tasking capability and excellent follow-up skills.

• Team-oriented with strong customer service skills.

• Valid Driver’s License and Passport required.
