Design, analyze, and test mechanical components and systems using CAD and simulation software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, electrical engineering, and quality assurance to develop integrated solutions. Conduct feasibility studies, performance analysis, and failure mode evaluations to ensure product reliability and safety. Develop and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation to support manufacturing and assembly processes. Participate in prototype development and hands-on testing to validate design concepts. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the product lifecycle. Provide technical support and troubleshooting during production and post-production phases. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product efficiency and reducing costs. Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
Experience with simulation and analysis tools like FEA, CFD, or thermal analysis software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO or ASME is advantageous.
