Manufacturing Excellence Trainee

Support the implementation and roll-out of a new Operational Excellence approach in production Help drive a cultural shift toward flat hierarchies, Servant Leadership, and employee empowerment Assist with process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives in production Analyze and interpret production data to optimize workflows Step in for leading team members when needed, taking ownership of key tasks Build and share knowledge on systems, tools, and processes with the team Contribute to quarterly planning and help achieve key objectives for the production cell Train and coach employees to enhance their technical skills and support their growth

• You’ve recently graduated (within the last 24 months) with a degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• You’ve got up to 18 months of work experience after graduation

• Fluent in German and English

• You’re a quick learner with strong analytical skills

• You have a passion for problem-solving, continuous improvement, and driving results
