If you recognize potential, digitize workflows in the quarry in coordination with our global Holcim group. Organize clearing and overburden in the quarries. You are also involved in short- and long-term reclamation planning. You work closely with the maintenance, production, quality management departments, higher-level specialist areas and external suppliers.

A completed craft vocational training
Construction machinery course SBV
All blasting examinations are desirable
Academic education in geology, geotechnics, mining, civil engineering or similar is a plus
Professional experience in quarries or open-pit mining
Experience in blasting and handling construction machinery and equipment
Experience in planning, organizing and supervising smaller projects
Experience in team leadership is desirable
Communicative and well-organized personality
Ability to inspire team for the vision
Pronounced safety awareness
Solution-oriented personality with innovative ideas and initiative
