Guest care at the highest level: Warm reception of our guests and ensuring smooth, professional service at the Concierge desk. Luxury Standards: Consistent compliance with and active application of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) and Forbes standards throughout the guest journey. Fulfilling individual wishes: Personalised assistance ranging from insider recommendations and restaurant bookings to organising tailor-made experiences in the Engadin. Coordination & Logistics: Seamless organisation of arrivals and departures, luggage and valet parking services, as well as coordinating all shuttles and transfers. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining excellent relationships with local partners, mountain railways, event organisers, and regional service providers. Cross-departmental Communication: Ensuring a flawless flow of information within the Concierge team and close collaboration across all departments. Fleet & Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the proper care and upkeep of the hotel fleet and operational equipment.

• Several years of experience as a Concierge within the 5-star hotel industry.

• Sound knowledge and practical experience with LQA and Forbes standards.

• Excellent knowledge of the Engadin region and local area, or the motivation to acquire it quickly.

• Exceptional hospitality mindset, diplomatic negotiation skills, absolute discretion, and a polished appearance.

• Independent, highly structured approach to work, digital proficiency, and a valid Category B driving licence.

• Business fluent German and English; additional foreign languages are an asset.
