Team leadership: Guide and support a team of Commis de Rang, ensuring seamless collaboration on the floor. Flawless service execution: Oversee operational flows during service, maintaining impeccable timing and coordination. Expert advice: Assist guests with tailored recommendations on our culinary selection, wine pairings, and dietary requirements. Upholding luxury standards: Ensure strict adherence to 5-star service guidelines, consistently applying Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) and Forbes standards across all touchpoints. Ambience & table culture: Guarantee precise table settings, pristine glassware, and refined presentation prior to each service. Menu development: Contribute valuable feedback during menu presentations and tasting sessions to continuously refine our offer.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • Completed training in hospitality or equivalent practical experience within luxury gastronomy.

  • Proven experience in a 5-star hotel environment, with a solid working knowledge of LQA standards highly preferred.

  • A refined eye for detail, basic beverage knowledge, and a genuine passion for fine dining culture.

  • A composure that shines during peak dinner services, paired with flexibility to work shifts.

  • Good knowledge of English or German; Italian is a Plus.

  • Start: immediately or end of November
