Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Operational Leadership: Assist in the daily management and coordination of all F&B outlets, bars, and banqueting operations, while ensuring strict compliance with our high quality and HACCP standards. Passionate Host: Maintain a strong and regular presence on the floor to guarantee the highest service standards and foster close, meaningful interaction with our international guests. Team Management & Development: Lead and actively coach outlet managers and supervisors on a daily basis, while contributing to recruitment processes and demand-driven scheduling. Financial Focus: Work closely with the F&B Manager to monitor budget targets, oversee inventory processes, and implement efficient cost-control measures.

• Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality (or a hospitality management degree) alongside 2-3 years of solid F&B experience in luxury hospitality.

• An empathetic, highly communicative personality with strong decision-making abilities, high resilience under pressure, and a natural hands-on mindset.

• Proficient with modern hotel and POS systems (e.g., Micros, Opera) and a solid understanding of operational F&B key metrics.

• Fluent and professional communication skills in both English and German; knowledge of Italian or other languages is a distinct advantage.
