Support the rollout of CRM processes and tools within Customer Service and Sales Assist in documenting Lead-to-Cash processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity handling, order processing) Create and maintain process maps, guidelines, and documentation Help coordinate rollout activities and collect stakeholder feedback Support project tracking, reporting, and KPI analysis Document workshop outcomes, decisions, and action items Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure data quality

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • Currently studying Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field

  • Structured and detail-oriented thinking

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Analytical mindset and affinity for process optimization and data

  • Hands-on, proactive, reliable, and able to work autonomously

  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
