Automation Tech Consultant UiPath

Lead, consult, and implement automation solutions with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, AI Center) , orchestrating end-to-end processes using Maestro with Bots and intelligent Agents. Manage the automation lifecycle : process discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Develop intelligent automation agents and orchestrate end-to-end processes using UiPath Maestro. Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable automation workflows. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and support internal knowledge sharing and best practice development.

• Completed technical education in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (e.g., Bachelor/Master, apprenticeship, HF/FH/University/ETH, or equivalent).

• 2–3 years of professional experience in process automation using UiPath.

• Experience with business process modeling and BPMN.

• Familiarity with agentic automation concepts and interest in AI/LLM-driven process orchestration.

• Fluent in English and German (C1).

• UiPath Automation Developer Professional or Automation Business Analyst Professional certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
