Ensuring the availability, reliability and safe operation of our injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, and selected infrastructure and utility systems Performing preventive, condition-based and corrective maintenance activities Managing and maintaining the CareOffice maintenance management system Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on injection molding machines, robotic systems, peripheral equipment, and infrastructure systems Maintaining temperature control units, drying systems, conveying and dosing systems, cooling water systems, and other production-related equipment Supporting the maintenance, servicing and optimization of building systems, including cooling water, compressed air, heating, ventilation, and utility systems Performing regular inspections and scheduled maintenance Supporting new installations, modifications and optimization of production equipment and infrastructure Working closely and collaboratively with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Facility Management, and other specialist departments Actively contributing as part of the Maintenance team to ensure reliable and uninterrupted production operations Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing equipment availability and operational reliability Complying with internally trained GMP and cleanroom requirements, including hygiene, housekeeping, cleanliness, conduct, work instructions, and logbook documentation Documenting all maintenance and servicing activities

For our site in Hägglingen (AG), we are looking for a self-motivated, responsible and proactive Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding Equipment & Infrastructure (a to join us immediately or by agreement.

In this varied role, your main focus will be on maintaining our injection molding machines and peripheral equipment. At the same time, you will work closely with the Maintenance and Facility teams to support the reliable operation of various site infrastructure and utility systems. You will collaborate across different functions and play an important role in ensuring equipment availability, production reliability and efficient processes.

• Completed technical vocational training as a Polymechanic, Production Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of production equipment, ideally in an industrial environment or plastics processing

• Good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment technology

• Basic electrical knowledge is an advantage

• Additional technical qualifications, e.g. NIV Art. 15, are an advantage

• Experience working with maintenance management software and technical documentation

• A precise, structured, and independent way of working

• Quick comprehension and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies

• Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team

• High level of commitment and a strong sense of responsibility

• Very good written and spoken German

• Good MS Office skills
