• Completed education as a childcare specialist, completed studies as a social or childhood educator or similar pedagogical training

• Professional experience, with strong personal and social skills

• Joy and patience in working with children

• Commitment, reliability, resilience and flexibility

• You like to contribute new ideas and enjoy creative activities such as singing, dancing, telling stories

• In case of foreign diploma, a confirmation of equivalence from the SERI is absolutely necessary.
