Take ownership of corporate tax compliance engagements for leading Swiss and multinational companies, acting as a trusted advisor on tax and process improvement initiatives. Manage the full tax compliance lifecycle, including the review of tax returns, tax provisions, and withholding tax filings, while identifying opportunities to optimize and streamline tax processes. Lead and coordinate tax audits with cantonal tax authorities and the Swiss Federal Tax Administration, providing pragmatic advice and managing stakeholder interactions throughout the process. Review OECD Pillar Two (QDMTT) filings, GIR notifications, and related reporting obligations, supporting clients in implementing efficient compliance and governance frameworks. Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams across our global network to deliver integrated solutions for complex cross-border tax and regulatory matters. Coach and develop team members, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.

Team / Beschreibung

Our Swiss Tax Compliance team advises a broad portfolio of national and international clients on corporate tax compliance and tax reporting matters. As part of our growing practice, you will take responsibility for managing client engagements across the full tax compliance cycle, including the review of corporate income tax returns, withholding tax declarations, tax calculations, tax provisions, and Pillar Two (QDMTT) reporting requirements. This position offers significant client exposure, technical depth, and excellent career development opportunities. As a Manager, you will lead client relationships, manage engagements, mentor and develop junior professionals, and play an active role in driving the continued growth and success of our Swiss Tax Compliance practice.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • Several years of experience in corporate taxation and tax compliance, ideally complemented by a Certified Tax Expert qualification (or equivalent) and a passion for delivering practical client solutions

  • Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios, drive projects, and identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and tax transformation initiatives

  • Fluent in German and English; French language skills are a plus

  • Strong interest in digitalization, AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with exposure to tax technology, AI tools, or agent-based solutions considered a plus

  • Entrepreneurial, client-focused, and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex matters

  • Collaborative team player with initial leadership experience and a passion for coaching and developing junior professionals
