(Senior) Manager - People Advisory Services - Reward

Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
Collaborate closely with clients to support and drive various projects. Potential areas of focus include: Conducting benchmarking projects at both the executive level and across the broader workforce, Designing compensation plans and incentive structures for different stakeholders, as well as developing reward policies, Creating and implementing job grading systems and job architecture frameworks, Performing remuneration surveys and analyzing remuneration data, Assist in project planning, data analysis, report writing, and the development of presentation materials, Work alongside key project leaders to manage and maintain strong client relationships, Collaborate effectively with other workforce advisory colleagues, as well as service lines and EY colleagues globally.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
A recognized diploma in Economics or Finance, with a solid understanding of HR topics
5 to 7 years of experience in Corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Consulting
Ideally, an experience in key employee retention, compensation and benefits programs, HR topics, including conducting remuneration surveys and supporting the day-to-day management of a company’s remuneration offerings. Knowledge of market trends in the field of rewards and key drivers, as well as an HR generalist background, is highly desirable
Excellent proficiency in English; German is considered as a strong plus
Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, with the ability to create effective data presentations
An analytical mindset with the ability to apply methodical and rigorous approaches

Experienced in growth, sales, and leadership, particularly for executive hires
