Quality Engineer Compliance

Plan, conduct, and support internal and external audits in the production environment. Analyze non-conformities, define appropriate corrective measures, and ensure their effective implementation. Apply a solid understanding of relevant norms and standards in a practical, production-oriented way. Actively share know-how within the global network and support colleagues on regulatory and compliance topics. Collaborate closely with Production, R&D, Engineering, and Quality teams. Travel occasionally as part of the role, approximately 10%.

• Completed university or FH degree, for example in a technical field like Engineering or Quality Assurance, Compliance, or another comparable field.

• Strong technical background with several years of experience in Quality Assurance within an industrial setting, ideally in production and audit environments.

• Very good knowledge of relevant norms and regulations, in particular pressure regulations, hygienic applications, Ex regulations, and ideally seal and marine approvals.

• Experience implementing standards and norms in existing production processes and conducting assessments and audits.

• Process-oriented, pragmatic way of working with a hands-on mindset and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration.

• Proven know-how in building, further developing, and closing quality and compliance gaps.
