You will: take on functional and technical software leadership within the context of our current and future software platforms. design new software concepts, system architectures, and processes within the software environment as part of a team, laying the foundation for upcoming device generations. shape strategic development within software, establish processes and new methods, and continuously improve them. support the professional development of employees through active coaching and mentoring. play a key role in building and maintaining networks inside and outside the company and represent our interests in standardization organizations.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • hold a university degree (Master, Doctor of Technical Sciences ETH or equivalent) in Technical Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Technology.

  • have at least 15 years of experience in development, architecture, and real-time design of embedded systems.

  • possess excellent knowledge and experience in Embedded C/C++, safety and robustness methods, software quality metrics, and test-driven development.

  • bring solid knowledge from an industrial environment and are familiar with requirements in regulated application areas such as functional safety or metrology.

  • have experience in corporate and committee work as well as excellent English skills and at least good German skills.
