As Sales and Therapy Specialist in our Swiss affiliate, you will help manage the entire patient pathway management starting from patient selection to proctoring procedures in the cath lab / hybrid room. You will train interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, and ancillary personnel on the use of transcatheter technologies and provide technical support to physicians during procedures, including trouble-shooting. You will provide professional support for study activities and scientific projects. You will be responsible for data dissemination in your sites and among referral chain. You will manage and obtain results from a variety of outside constituencies. As such, you will need to be extremely versatile and entrepreneurial.

Medical Clinical Support and Sales experience strongly preferred
Strong technical product and procedure knowledge, including trouble-shooting
Strong clinical knowledge: ability to interpret clinical study data
Leadership skills: able to influence a variety of clinician personality types
Communication and interpersonal skills: able to deliver clinical, procedural, technical information in a precise and concise way, able to build relationships
Strong analytical skills: able to identify and resolve issues and to adapt best practices across institutions. Entrepreneurial and creative in solution finding.
Computer skills (Word / Excel / PPT)
Compliance in highly regulated environment: respect all the quality rules set by Structural Heart
Ability to work in a cath lab (in lead) at least several days per week
Willingness to travel extensively (around 80-90% of the time)
