Senior Analyst – People & Workforce Analytics

Deliver data-driven workforce insights across key people metrics, translating complex analyses into clear recommendations that inform strategic decision-making. Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions using SQL, Power BI, and cloud-based platforms. Apply statistical and predictive analytics using Python and/or R to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Partner with senior HR leadership (Divisional Vice Presidents, Senior HR Directors) to solve workforce challenges through data-driven decision-making. Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, Generative AI and automated analytics platforms) to improve efficiency and speed to insight. Incorporate external benchmarks and labor market insights to contextualize workforce analytics findings. Connect analytical outputs to strategic workforce priorities such as workforce planning, Scenario modelling, and HR investment decisions.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related HR Domain field

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Psychology, or related field; master’s degree preferred

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in cloud environments

  • Proficiency in Python and/or R for analytics and statistical modeling

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools

  • Experience applying statistical methods such as regression, predictive modeling, or classification techniques in workforce contexts

  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with and influencing senior HR leadership (Senior Directors, Divisional Vice Presidents), with a high degree of professionalism, business acumen, and executive communication capability.
