Oversee the engineering team in the development of scalable digital platforms in the CRM & Loyalty Domain. Bear responsibility for content within their field of expertise. Exhibit recognized expertise in at least one relevant technology or topic. Drive interfaces to other fields, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration. Lead and guide teams from junior to senior levels. Provide outstanding customer service and manage relationships with diverse customers. Embody the Merkle vision and serve as a company ambassador. Contribute to the vision and strategy of the team. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for pitches and client work. Oversee the architecture, development, and integration of the CRM & Loyalty platform, guiding the engineering team to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and align with the domain’s business strategies and technical standards.
