Senior Consultant / Manager – Corporate Finance (Financial Institutions) - M&A Advisory

• You are an open and curious person, you have both strong analytical and interpersonal skills and are a true teamplayer who collaborates and communicates well across all levels, inspiring internal and external teams

• Deep understanding of the financial services sector in Switzerland or internationally, with 3-6 years of experience

• Prior work experience in the execution of M&A; transactions, gained at either an investment bank, a consultancy firm, in corporate development, in private equity / buy-side or another Big4 firm, showing that you cope well in a fast-paced and challenging environment thanks to your drive, reliability and ability to push forward with important tasks

• Ability to work autonomously under the supervision of an Engagement Director, including development of financial models such as valuation models or operating models, preparation of information memoranda or management presentations, handling of day-to-day client communication. Outstanding collaborator across all levels; ability to carry and convey a healthy sense of urgency; consistent and effective communicator

• Professional working proficiency in French and/or German, and English.
