• Is interested to do ServiceNow Consulting and studied Information Systems Management

• Fluent German and English – You communicate confidently with German-speaking clients but also with international Clients

• Functional expertise – You understand business requirements and can translate them into ServiceNow “language”

• Business Analyst mindset – You think in processes, not just features

• IT understanding – You know IT processes, ITIL fundamentals, or IT Service Management

• Consulting experience – You have already worked on client projects or in consulting environments

• 1–3 years of practical experience with ServiceNow (ideally in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or Workflow modules) or similar automation platforms

• Certifications – ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Administrator
