Design and implement AI and data strategies and modern solutions – including data management, platforms and AI use cases – that enable clients to achieve their business objectives across regulatory, cost and revenue pillars. Provide architectural, technical and organizational thought leadership to guide complex data and AI transformations with significant organizational implications. Drive Data & AI use cases from business value concept to production. Build and maintain trusted client relationships through project delivery and business development, expanding your network internally and externally. • Knowledge of data platforms tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Dataiku) and data visualisation tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus.

• Strong engineering or mathematics background is advantageous.

• Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• First relevant experience in consulting, tech companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in AI & data-driven fields.

• Previous experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Science or Healthcare sector is advantageous.
