Senior Consultant - Third Party Advisory & Technology Transformation

As a Third Party Advisory and Technology Solution Senior Consultant with experience of large-scale technology implementations, you will have responsibility for: Analysing a client’s TPRM and/or CLM processes, and providing advisory services to enhance their existing ways of working Supporting clients in technology capability assessments, and identifying configuration and integration opportunities for the client’s selected TPRM and/or CLM technology Translating business requirements into technology capabilities, and developing an end-to-end implementation plan based on the TPRM and/or CLM technology selected, including configuration plans, UAT scripts, and integration strategies Supporting the business and technical teams during design, build, test and deployment phases of a TPRM and/or CLM Technology Implementation Configuring and build integration solutions that meet the client’s business requirements Leading delivery of detailed integration architecture including software and infrastructure components - considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance Creating and maintaining technical documentation where required for the implementation

The Third Party Advisory and Implementation team assists in identifying, evaluating and mitigating risks associated with external business relationships through advisory, implementation and operate services. We focus on enhancing the maturity of our client’s third party Management (TPM) processes, covering both third party risk management (TPRM) and contract lifecycle management (CLM) activities. This includes setting up Third Party Management frameworks to deploying technologies to manage third party relationships. The Third Party Advisory team drives the growth of TPRM and CLM technology implementations across industries by building strong relationships with leading vendors and combining deep product knowledge with market leading TPRM and CLM strategy and design expertise.

• Technical solution experience, ideally on large scale, complex cloud-based SaaS implementations

• Specific experience with configuring and implementing market leading TPRM or Contract Management Technologies (e.g. OneTrust, ProcessUnity, ServiceNow, Icertis, Sirion, DocuSign)

• In-depth understanding of the different integration vendors and technologies, and key differences between these

• Experience of acting within a Solution Architect role and proven expertise in an IT development background

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, with the ability to leverage AI-driven insights within daily tasks

• Knowledge or experience working in the area of Risk Consulting and/or professional services will be considered an advantage

• Fluency in English is mandatory; German would be considered an advantage
