Senior Project Management Officer

Own and develop project governance, standards, methodologies, templates and processes. Oversee the project portfolio, including progress, priorities, resources, costs, dependencies and risks. Provide clear monthly project reporting to the Executive Board to support decisions and priorities. Challenge and support project leaders to ensure effective planning and delivery. Identify and escalate key risks, dependencies, capacity constraints and delivery issues. Drive the continuous improvement of project management practices across the organisation. Lead smaller or strategic projects when required.

• Master’s degree or equivalent advanced professional education in Business Administration, Project Management, IT or a related field.

• Proven track record in project management, PMO or project governance, ideally in an international and technology-driven environment.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA are a plus.

• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or SAFe are an advantage.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively.

• Structured, analytical and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.

• Ability to turn complex project information into clear insights and management decisions.

• Experience in portfolio and resource planning.

• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and across international, multicultural teams.
