Cross Unit Relationship Manager Private Banking

Responsible for any activities of the client lifecycle for Cross Unit Relationships (CUR). Act as the counterpart of the Relationship Manager at a Julius Baer Booking Center location (location i.e. entity of the Julius Baer Group which has permission to provide clients with banking, dealing and custody services).

YOUR CHALLENGE

Manage all activities across the client lifecycle for Cross Unit Relationships (CURs), with a focus on the joint-venture partner serving Japanese clients.

Deliver high-quality service to the joint-venture partner, ensuring seamless execution of banking activities and adapting to their cultural and linguistic requirements.

Develop and maintain a strong partnership with the joint-venture partner

Act as a Competence Centre, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Bank initiatives, products, documentation, internal processes, policies, and regulatory developments relevant to the Japanese market.

Coordinate with internal departments, including operations, risk, and compliance, to ensure smooth processing and minimise potential risks.
