Structured Products Sales for Internal Clients

Contribute to the growth of the book, with a focus on the Swiss German markets. Provide expert advice to Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors on tailored investment solutions, with a focus on Structured Products, to meet client needs. Identify emerging market trends and develop innovative investment strategies to expand our client offerings. Design, price, and launch structured products based on equity, credit, and interest rate underlings. Proactively manage product rollovers, notifying Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors of impending maturities and offering suitable replacement options. Collaborate with internal stakeholders through regular desk meetings and advisory calls to promote Structured Products and drive business growth. Deliver educational sessions to Relationship Managers to enhance their knowledge of Structured Products and improve sales effectiveness. Contribute to the development of marketing materials that showcase investment ideas and opportunities. Oversee day-to-day operations, including trade booking, post-sale support, and product lifecycle management.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Bachelor's or master’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an advisory or sales role, with P&l; KPI
Results-driven mindset with a proven track-record in successfully developing clients / RM collaborations, and a strong desire to succeed in a sales-oriented environment
Strong passion for financial markets, with a broad understanding of various asset classes and in-depth expertise in at least one area
Advanced knowledge of Structured Products, including their design, pricing, and application
Ability to analyse client situations, identify needs, and develop tailored solutions
Skilled in simplifying complex concepts and creating engaging advisory materials to support sales efforts
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and clients
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and VBA, with the ability to apply technical skills to analyse and solve complex problems
Fluency in German and English
