Senior Reputation Risk Officer

Conduct deep dives and risk assessments, recommending strategies to mitigate reputation risk. Implement Firmwide Reputation Risk Policy and Standard within the Legal Entity, supporting Asset & Wealth Management Global Head. Liaise with Global Financial Crimes Compliance and front office to ensure coordinated risk treatment. Produce and present succinct, decision-ready reporting and recommendations for senior management on material reputation risk matters. Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, proactively surfacing emerging issues and driving coordinated risk management. Deliver training and advisory support on reputation risk standards, escalation expectations, and committee governance. Ensure strong oversight and discipline in recordkeeping, policy updates, and broader risk team deliverables, promoting consistency, control, and risk awareness.

As a Senior Reputation Risk Officer within the Global Private Bank, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Front Office and senior stakeholders, providing expert judgment and decisive guidance on reputation risk for new client onboarding, transactions, and periodic reviews. Your work will directly influence key business decisions, strengthen governance, and help ensure the bank consistently operates with integrity in high-stakes situations.
