Business Automation Manager

As a Business Automation Manager in the ES&T; (Engineering Science & Technology) Enabling Science & Operational Support, you will be responsible for coordinating operational engineering activities, prioritizing projects, leading projects, supporting engineering, contributing to GMP documentation, ensuring GMP compliant lifecycles, participating in expert teams, and more.

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Automation, Pharma, Biotech, Process Engineering or similar

• Experience in pharmaceuticals in the field of filling systems and their technologies

• Structured and independent way of working

• Open to new ideas and initiatives

• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions

• Team player with experience in matrix and self-organized teams

• Fluency in German and English

• Willingness to work on-site in Kaiseraugst

• Interest in continuous improvement of production systems and processes
