Lead, mentor, and develop the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Elevate agile maturity and capabilities across the organization through leadership, coaching, and mentorship of Agile Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile Coaches, and Agile Champions. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, promoting Lean-Agile principles, patterns, and best practices. Drive the implementation, maintenance, and continuous evolution of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the enterprise. Ensure consistent adoption and operationalization of Lean-Agile processes globally while balancing business needs and organizational objectives. Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives that improve business agility, delivery effectiveness, and customer value. Oversee the execution and performance of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) on a global scale. Facilitate and coordinate key SAFe ceremonies and events, including PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, System Demos, and ART sync activities. Partner with stakeholders across business and technology functions to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful delivery outcomes. Drive continuous improvement through formal training programs, workshops, and hands-on coaching. Champion the systematic automation of Agile Release Train and portfolio data through the application of AI-enabled tools and technologies. Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency through intelligent automation. Leverage emerging technologies and data-driven approaches to strengthen Agile ways of working and organizational effectiveness. Define, develop, and maintain Agile performance metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure organizational progress and outcomes. Lead Agile maturity assessments and continuous improvement initiatives across teams, ARTs, and portfolios. Analyze trends, identify improvement opportunities, and implement actions that increase delivery predictability, quality, and business value. Facilitate portfolio-level planning and governance discussions to ensure Agile initiatives directly support business strategy and organizational priorities. Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Drive alignment across portfolios, value streams, and Agile Release Trains to maximize business impact and return on investment. Build strong relationships with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and delivery organizations to promote Agile excellence. Serve as a key advocate for organizational change, helping teams navigate transformation and adopt new ways of working. Foster collaboration across functions and regions to create a high-performing, continuously improving Agile enterprise.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
7+ years of experience working in Agile environments, including leadership of large-scale Agile transformation initiatives.
5+ years of management experience, including leading a Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) or similar organizational functions.
3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or Scrum Master within complex Agile organizations.
Proven experience in driving Agile adoption, organizational change, and continuous improvement across multiple teams and business units.
Strong background in project and program management, preferably within software, hardware, firmware, and/or mechanical engineering product development environments.
Deep knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, frameworks, and practices, with the ability to coach leaders, teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant Agile certifications are highly desirable, including SPC, LPM, RTE, CSM, CST, ICP-ACC, and/or PMI-ACP.
Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills in English as the primary working language, coupled with business-fluent German proficiency.
