Intern Supplier Quality

Support the management and follow-up of supplier non-conformances while developing practical knowledge of quality processes. Assist in maintaining the quarantine area, ensuring proper identification and traceability of non-conforming material. Learn and support supplier communication related to quality issues and corrective actions. Assist with quality reporting, KPI tracking, and documentation management. Participate in root cause investigations and continuous improvement activities. Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations teams on supplier quality topics.

• Within the past 6 months graduated from a Bachelor's / Master's in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent

• Knowledge of or initial experience with Quality Systems and Standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is an advantage

• Well-developed analytical thinking and strong organizational abilities

• Detail-oriented mindset with a keen interest in learning quality management tools and best practices

• Strong English communication skills written and verbally (Company Language)

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams

• Strong critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills are highly appreciated

• Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities and supporting quality initiatives

• Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally, as required
