Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • PhD in Intergative Molecular Medicine or in Neuroscience

  • Experience in the field of cerebrobvascular biology

  • Experience analyzing two-photon calcium imaging data to elucidate cellular activity

  • Minimum 3 years of postoc experience

  • Demonstrated experience in the analysis of single cell/nuclei RNA-seq data, proteomics data

  • Knowlegde in R and Python

  • Experience with cloud-based HPC environments

  • Experience with mouse handling and breeding transgenic mouse lines

  • Valid FELASA cat. B certificate

  • Demonstrated experience in imaging techniques confocal microscopy and light-sheet microscopy and image analysis

  • Experience in cell culture techniques
