Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
PhD in Intergative Molecular Medicine or in Neuroscience
Experience in the field of cerebrobvascular biology
Experience analyzing two-photon calcium imaging data to elucidate cellular activity
Minimum 3 years of postoc experience
Demonstrated experience in the analysis of single cell/nuclei RNA-seq data, proteomics data
Knowlegde in R and Python
Experience with cloud-based HPC environments
Experience with mouse handling and breeding transgenic mouse lines
Valid FELASA cat. B certificate
Demonstrated experience in imaging techniques confocal microscopy and light-sheet microscopy and image analysis
Experience in cell culture techniques
