Second level analysis and support of Triple'A Plus requests or related information system interfaces. Functional support of the Triple'A Plus solution core engine, modules, through various channels access (GUI, WUI, ODdata). Technical support regarding Triple'A and its interfaces. Functional knowledge regarding mapped entities (positions, operations, portfolio, instruments, asset classes, ...). Resolution of production incidents throughout the incident management process. Contribute as subject matter expert to: prioritization, investigation and root cause analysis. Maintain excellent relationship and communication with stakeholders, other IT teams and business areas. The candidate might be required to work early/late shifts include special presence for day-off, and periodically work on a on call support basis. Participation to selected phases of projects (Design, implementation and system integration testing) to provide feedback from a production perspective to these processes.
