The main responsibilities of the candidate will be to make sure the technology maturity of the bank increases, impact of change becomes manageable, software delivery velocity increases over time and ultimately position the bank towards agility. As such you will have to elaborate solutions meeting business and technology requirements in collaboration with project managers, business analysts, subject master experts, infrastructure teams and Security. Document the solution designs agreed. Follow-up over the lifecycle of the key bank technology deliverables to ensure that the solution delivered corresponds to the solution indeed designed and meet the bank's technology standards. Actively define the current and forthcoming technology standards. Define areas of refactorings to align existing implementation to the bank's technology standards. Identify key areas of obsolescence (application or technologies to upgrade or replace). Simplify the bank's systems (which application to decommission, or replace, or merge and other initiative you think need to be undertaken to improve the technology of the bank.
